I'm Dr Chetana, a general practitioner and a health and fitness adviser. My sochcast series in Hindi, called Mera Muskurana Ghar Ka khilkhilana, focuses on women health and fitness in general, as well as on specific fitness do's and don'ts for those who suffer certain chronic medical ailments. The Fitness and health related advice come from three important aspects of my life. First, my professional background as a doctor, second as an experienced sportswoman all through life, which incidentally also made me become a certified exercise trainer myself, and last but not least, being a dedicated mom to two national level sports individuals.
